Same ol' same ol'!!
Up 2 pounds this morning-must be water-BETTER be water. NO inches lost either.

I am at my wits ends with this up and down. I have been loosing and gaining the same damn pounds since February. Ultimately it's my fault I am in this (fat) predicament but this is really starting to piss me off. I don't overdue food items (like cheese or Atkins products) I have adjusted everything I can up and down-counted total and net carbs tried OWL, went back to induction and I don't think I could handle the fat fast. I don't have yeast or thyroid issues... I mean it can't be possible for me NOT to lose weight can it?

I look forward to the day I can post something positive in my journal.

Hi Keli, I have but really have not gotten any answers yet other than looks good, hang in there-that sort of thing. I'm just discouraged-not quitting. I'm only 44 I still have another 40 years to follow this WOE LOL someday the weight will come off!
