Diario di redwinelover, 28 lug 10

Weight still the same, total water percentage 50.9% and best of all, body fat 25.6%. Well, today, at least :) But I've never seen that number -started this around 40% or something like that. Did two workouts today, but no cardio (therefore, not much calorie burn). I did a Crunch Bootcamp dvd for about 30 min. I think, then did Jillian's No More Trouble Zones. Like them both, just don't burn many calories. Then pretty sedentary after that. Having a bit of a storm tonight. I actually kind of like it. Humid as hell, but I'm inside so it doesn't matter. Kids are gone, hubby still at work and here I am, still playing on the computer :) Another pair of "new" pants are getting baggy. I can pull them down without undoing the zipper or button :)

...bad day for eating. So hungry today and "allowed" myself to indulge more than I should have. I'll be lucky to have a 400 calorie deficit today.

I was once accused of being "data driven." But, I don't even know where you get these numbers, so I suppose that it proves that I'm not lol. I love storms, they make for a mysterious warmth inside of me. Have a great day buddy! :-)

Data makes the world go 'round! :) I have one of those body fat scales - not exactly "accurate", but fairly consistent. It's a good tool to keep track of progress. I just want to make sure I don't lose muscle and replace it with fat. I've been "skinny fat" before and it's not the most attractive look and certainly isn't a healthy one :) Thanks, Info. I love the occasional storm, too. Working on the great day part...I just took a look at the Insanity workout and OMG. I don't know if I'm THAT crazy. Just the fit test had me scared and exhausted and I WATCHED it from the comfort of my own sofa. Oh Lord. Don't know if I'm ready for that (or ever will be). Think I'll go put in one of the slim in 6 dvds I just got - shape it up! I ordered the program the other day - it should get here soon. Read a post of yours that led me to another's (ChattyCathy's???) that highly recommends it. Hope your day is great, Info.--------------------------------Andrea, thanks for the support!
