This is actually my journal entry for July 20, 2010, my last weigh in for Round 2/ Phase 2 of the HCG Diet!
"It's MAINTENANCE WEIGHT DAY!
Weight = 169.2 lbs; Fat lbs = 58.6; %Fat = 34.7%; %H2O = 47.6%; BMI = 29.9; BMD = 6.1!"
 

1127 kcal Gras: 21,38g | Prot: 52,08g | Carb: 85,35g.   Colazione: Chardonnay Wine, Watermelon, Turkey bacon, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Cilantro Salsa - Medium, Olive Oil Cooking Spray, Sweet Red Peppers, Onions, Cheddar or Colby Cheese (Lowfat). Pranzo: Angie Veggie - Bacon tortilla pizza, Chardonnay Wine. Cena: Light Soft Spread, brocolli, Sweet Red Peppers, Olive Oil Cooking Spray, Mushrooms, Chardonnay Wine, cube steak. Snacks/Altro: Walden Farms , Apples, Melba Toast Wheat, Angie's Chicken Boob Salad, Chardonnay Wine. Di più...

You have one of those body fat scales too, don't you LOL. I love mine and how it gives all the fat pounds, water and bone density! So glad to see your journey and how much weight you've lost! How long have you been doing the hcg for? I'm on day 5 today and am down 5 or 6 pounds and get so excited for my weigh-ins every day! I love it when I enter my weight and it says I should reach my goal in about 3 or 4 weeks. I've fought so hard for the last few months just to lose 2 pounds and I'm glad that people like you are proof it can be done!
