Well I know I never get on here much, my mother has been ill for awhile and it is coming to a head now...so I've been spending as much time with her as possible. I do get to the gym 3x a week and manage to ride my bike the other 2 days. So I have been keeping up with my exercising 5 days a week. Weight still isn't really coming off...the scale is just stuck in the 190s ranging from 190-192...bumming me out a bit cause I"m working so hard. MWF I do weights and run 3 miles on the treadmill....8 min abs every night, and then I ride my bike a few miles on the other days. I am very active. My diet is still around 1300-1500 calories a day, which is what it should be. I haven't even been having a cheat meal or drinking alcohol. So I am assuming I'm retaining water in my muscles from lifting....grrrrrrrrrrrr....I mean I want to be tone as well is thin (well thinner), but the scale is so frustrating. I know it is just a number, but....grrrrrrrrr I really wanted to be down to 185 by Aug 14, but who knows.

Sorry for all the stress on you....I'm sure it's gotta change soon it sounds like you have it in control I hoping it drops , don't weigh for a few days and see what happens maybe the scale playing games with you

Try eating a few hundred calories more for a few days or a week. You might be surprised. I think it pays off to confuse your body, it has worked for me many times. Sorry to hear about your mom, that has to be really hard :(. Thinking about you, make ensure you take some time for yourself.
