You have to have been eating low carb or keto for a while and have done intermittent fasting or any form of time restriction feeding before even considering doing a water fast. 24-72 hour water fasts can be done alone. But if you are new to it and want to do a 7 day water fast. You have to do it under doctors supervisions. You can not take medication while on a water fast. As it can cause complications. You can take water soluble vitamins and electrolytes as they get flushed out your system while fasting. During the fast, you can do normal activities but after day 3. You should not drive or lift anything heavy if you are feeling weak and dizzy. You should relax and try to rest the body as much as possible. When you start to feel energetic then you can do your normal day to day activities. If at anytime, while on the fast, you are vomiting and have diarrhoea for over 24 hours. You should stop your fast. Introducing a bone broth/soup first. Until you are well to eat other solid foods.

It can be Sisonkes, but once you have done 24 hours, then moved on 48’s and 72hour fasts. It get easier. Today I’m almost completely my 7day water fast. Many NSV I’ve gotten out of this fast. Google the benefits of water fasting. They are all true. Good for healing skin problems including psoriasis. Breaking a water fast with the correct foods is even more important after a long fast. You can get very ill if you don’t.

Thank you Sisonkes🙂 I had help from a few friends from this app. I would of given up without their motivation. After day 4, you start smelling neighbours cooking 😂 All your senses are enhanced.

hi i am , new as wel , hope to make friens as well i am still newe on low carb and then start on ketto and meat and butter fast i did do fasting for 7 days last week not to bad but need some help and advice, will be welcome if i have some one to help me ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
