Good morning everyone. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Yesterday I started my second 30 day fast. I worked out for 3 hours yesterday. I actually enjoyed it. It sounds crazy but I did. I felt alive & refreshed once I was done. My new saying for today is: "DON'T BE ASHAMED OF TRYING. EVERY JOURNEY HAS TO START SOMEWHERE!!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT YOU TODAY?????" I like that. Above the words there is a overweight person on an exercise bike. We all have to start from somewhere but the most important thing is not giving up or giving in. I hope this helps motivates someone today besides myself. Remeber to love yourself & have a great day.
