YESSSSS!!!! This is the kind of exercising I'm talking about! Single-leg burpees?? Crucifix push-up?? Single-leg box-jump?? Now that's insane!! That dude's a BEAST! I need to step up my game >=D

I get exhausted just watching this video!!! But, I love to try to do some of these. I need to work on my pull ups and I am always looking for variety in my workouts. I especially like working out with an exercise ball and love doing pikes on it. I can tell that my core is getting stronger. I worked out with a friend lately and she was commenting on how strong I am, which made me feel good about the progress I have made. She also told me that she is now doing some of my exercises too. :)

*high-five!!* Yea, I'm definitely inspired. If you think about it, they're based off of 4 basic movements; pushups, squats, pullups, and core movements. I like simplicity, even if it requires hard work!
