Yes it is. And how's your diet going. I've been doing good so far. There's about 7 of us at work doing Weight Watchers, not together, but we've since found out each others doing it. It's nice having this site and friends at work to talk and share with. I know one guy at work ask me what do you do when you run out of points. I've been taking baby carrots, and pretzels to snack on, low point stuff really helps.
