Days til photo shoot - 22 Woo feeling good this morning! Struggled to get up at first but went for a walk/jog along the waterfront it was so nice and now I feel great as I sit here sipping my skinny latte. Got to work late as had to tidy the house before the cleaning lady got there. Mum and dad are back today... YES! Now I can concentrate on my healthy eating and exercise routine. Last night the girls came around for a bbq, was yummy. I made myself a seperate salad so I could measure how many calories, we had honey mustard chicken, herbed sweet potato and salad. Very Yummy and I felt satisfied. I measured myself a certain amount of mineral water, Nat thought this was a bit extreme but I am trying to be as precise as I can be. total calories for dinner 243. Nat asked me to go to the pub for dinner tonight, I don't think I will go as can't control what goes into my meal there and I will end up drinking! Back to the gym tonight! Excited to go back actually, might even recover in the spa and sauna after. I still need help on a protein/meal replacement shake! I need a low carb/low fat one but they dont seem to be both!
