At weigh-in at the gym last night, the scale showed 159. I don't understand it since the scale at home (literally 10 mins before weighing in at the gym) showed 155! This morning I weighed myself at home before my shower and it actually showed 144.2. I think I will say focused on my journey of weight loss this week and record the weigh in next week.
