Still getting used to the new look of this website. I guess I don't really like change. I have been pretty good with my eating for the last few days and was glad to see I haven't gained any more weight. Last year at this time I started loosing weight, this year I started gaining it back. I don't know what the difference is other than a slightly increased stress level. I know stress can cause issues but I'm not that stressed out right now. I am going to try to do some type of exercise every night even if it's not at the gym just to get my body moving. I find that the cold weather is not my friend. I feel like I need to curl up on the couch with a cup of tea and a blanket but think I should jump off the couch and run around to warm up. Any way, I feel a little better when I write it all down and get it out. Maybe if it's written I will be more likely to follow through. Have a great day.

I was taken aback by the look here too, but am getting used to it... We are creatures of habit, aren't we? Good for you for eating well these last few days... One at a time, right, my friend? And I like your approach to exercise. I too struggle in the winter with the shorter daylight, holidays, etc. Let's try to get through it as best we can together! Xoxox
