Diario di 1Fat2Fit, 08 gen 14

We are all human and fall "off" once in a while. I have to say, I've been okay but my downfall is when everyone is asleep and Im up===thinking of the day, watching the tube and munching....I need to STOP that trend and fast! Anyone else have this issue which sabotages all of our work? Thankfully I still try to keep those snacks within my 1700 calorie limit per day...but its not just about that, its about eating healthier and we know junk food holds NO nutritional value at all!

I ate a maybe 3 servings of nuts to avoid eating one bowl of cereal. It had to have been after nine. So, yes I need to get it together, too. We can do it!

I catch myself doing the same thing, especially while watching tv. I need to make a better choice in my munchies.

We can do this together! I have to bake my husband and daughter chocolate fudge cakes a lot. My husband is underweight. I have to find the will power some where to stay away from the cakes. I don't always succeed! I know what it's like to stare at the tv and munch away. We do it without thinking. If we could get a mindset that we don't need the cake or what have you it would help us. But that's eaiser said than done, right? Good luck!

You can still snack...just substitute the chips for baby carrots with hummus or ranch, celery or a handful of almonds and keep your water bottle nearby as consuming lots of water will make you feel fuller.
