Well crap, I didn't get my results in for the challenge. It now says I failed but I did really good...I SWEAR! Now on another note....WOOOHOOO passed my 10# lost mark, Im sooo excited! Cant believe Its been less than 2 weeks, and my Atkins triple chocolate bar every two to three days hasn't hurt me. I also am happy to report that my caffeinated unflavored water has worked so I drink one every other day and I have not had anymore headaches. Well, enough for now, back to my house remodel(installing flooring this weekend), that counts as exercise right??? Lots of lifting and squatting.

I love those Atkins bars also the coconut ones, and I keep on the low carbs.. from there I didn't eat cakes and pies. Just my Atkins candy coconut . Didn't gain a pound!!! Hang in there, and yes remodeling is exercise, just keep moving.
