The 0.6kg drop was due to 18hrs of fasting: Only water and plain tea/ coffee allowed.
It is 29hrs fasting as of now 😊

Thanks Shirley! Unable to comment on your posting let, thus I reply here: Nice sharing of the Meadows Spring Onion Saltines! I like Meadows for their cheap & good products and I like saltines/ biscuits too heheh. Look forward to trying it when I break fast 😋
