Awesome.......just eating a masala dosa for breakfast and drinking a banana milkshake at night reduced my weight by 0.7 in one day......Fasting(even light) helps and since I will be doing fasting twice a week only, that should be healthy....since my goal is maintenance, i dont mind if I regain this weight before my next fast which will be on Mon....
