Diario di Jellocat, 14 feb 11

I was proud of myself today. I actually walked by, without looking twice, a table covered with chocolaty yummies, a chocolate fountain, butterscotch fountain and a white chocolate fountain. That took some sheer willpower!

One thing about this weight history thing. I tried to change it, but it wouldn't take. Basically, when I started trying to lose weight a year ago (I have really not been paying attention to my health at all!) I was at 198. When I started with Fat Secret I was probably at 187. That's from when I go to the doc's office and stand on their scale - it comes up with 187. At home, though (I think my scale must suck), I come in lower. But I figure, since I weigh myself at home most of the time, I'll use those numbers.

Someday, I'll get a new scale...

So, with Fat Secret, my scale said I was at 185 (which would be 192 or 193 at the doc's office in clothes). I usually weigh myself in the morning with no clothes. Now, on this date, with no clothes I'm around 175.

I know they say to weigh yourself once a week since your weight fluctuates through the week but... whatever... I'm going to weigh myself every morning and clock it in here.
