I figure that I might as well update my weight. I watched what I ate, and some alterations were made. My stomach is not happy right now. Had meatloaf last night, but I figure it didn't agree with me.
So I will switch to protein shakes for breakfast.
The protein shakes are better tasting than the meatloaf anyway. lol
