I am getting frustrated that my scale seems to be bouncing all over.. I'm back up to 261. My mom's scale says that I am 240, and my dad hid his scale.
The only weight we seem to get right is when I go to the doctor. The next diabetes check up for me is i September
I used to think that weight loss was so easy. But I realize that I need to plan effectively. I have no plan. I can be given a plan. But it'll need to be very varied. The app is helpful, because it has a bunch of diets, and such.
I want the plan I went through for 1 year! Of course the site is gone. *sigh* I need a book about health from my past alma mater!
It's just soooooooooooooo frustrating.

Are you using a digital scale? They usually have a reset button underneath to recalibrate. See if you can put something on it that you know the weight of to check. A fresh bag of flour or sugar would work.

I am using a digital scale. Unfortunately there is no reset button. I just checked. The button mine is is to change kg to lbs, and vice versa.
I need to look through some recipes on here, especially that are low cal. I stay within the 300-400 range, but I have stuff I got at the store, and I have to eat that.
Too much to keep track of. I wonder when I will start dropping again. It's really frustrating to see all this good food, but it frustrates me, because people have worked so hard to achieve their goals.
It's a cool thing, but I want to 'catch up'. I should not compare myself to anyone else. I wake from sleep. I have debated exercising that early. Everyone will be asleep.
There are some times in the past, I was able to go to a full on exercise room, in the basement of the hospital I worked for. They had treadmills, exercise bikes, leg machines (I used to leg press 400 pounds). I have debated whether or not to use the elliptical here at the house. It would help. The heat outside would help too.
I am going to have breakfast now.
