I was sweating it out earlier this week when didn't feel any "lighter." Hard work and determination helped get to this month's goal--133. Next month marks one year eating "mediterranean." Kept it up "reasonably well." Not to do with weight loss, but I had an over--year prayer answered this week. Praise to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. "Your love never fails, It never gives up, It never runs out on me."
