Time to get back on track. I've had such issues with the arthritis :( Other than light walking, any type of vigorous exercise has been nearly impossible. I am refocusing my efforts, and have purchased good foods, and plan on making healthy choices.

Dr. suggests the recumbent bicycle, as it will be less stress on the knees and hips.
