Weighing my food is interesting. The people that make (sausages for example) that are precooked was way off on the grams counted. Granted the sausages were frozen. I weighed them, and they were at least 15g off. How can food manufacturers say such a large amount of grams.
I watched the 'Super Size Me' movie a long while ago. It's pretty sad what happened to the main character. It's more of a documentary. It was good, but not how the director turned out. I think he lost 100 pounds after the end of the movie thanks to his significant other, who is a vegan.
I found out that the reason why my hair is going white. Stress... overwhelming stress. The divorce rocked me. My mom saw my ex, and we walked away. She said she had something from CJ, the pride of my life. My other son's are exceptional too. They all had their own gifts. But CJ was disabled. I hope that he is in a better place.
But I am weighing my food now. exercise will be tomorrow since I ate breakfast. I am ready to take it all on! Rawwwwwwwwr!
