I will try the recumbent bike for this next week. I am 257. We'll se how it goes. I am practicing patience. I figure I will lose more weight, if I can take it slow. The recumbent caused my painful right knee. It's started to lock up randomly.

The songs at the beginning of the posts, is what I am listening to currently. Dave Matthews Band entries with will be shortened to DMB.

Anyway, the road to healthfulness., is starting. First, I will stockpile money, to make sure 2 cards are killed. I will be paying them both to and then close them.

Then I have one left. Yay!

I'm sorry to let you know what I'm doing other stuff while I should be chronicling my weight loss, and what I am doing to further my diet. I am only able to get to 1000 calories or so, I just put it as that. It's too little stuff. I think I will work on my lunch since that is the most trouble for me.

I figure it all needs to get reorganized. Dlife.com is now an all around diabetes site, and all the recipes are gone. I am worried that we might not have enough recipes. Allrecipes.com has a full diabetic section with recipes and pics, finally of course here.

Need to go hunting these recipes down! bbl!
