Considering taking a break from this all...its hard to gym when you're anxious about everything. But I know if i do the weight will come swiftly back. My body loves to gain weight... But to lose it... that's another story.
In good news I've managed to discipline myself to exactly 2 meals a day with lots of water and green tea milk. IF 18:6 daily, don't enjoy 20:4. No snacks. No cold drink, no cake, no chocolate for the past two weeks and NO Alcohol. Normally I'd have a couple of drinks and add it to my calorie deficit but man after drinking the scale behaves funny 🤣 the goal was to lose 20 kg by December the 5th but Ay at this rate 17kg is fine by me.
Let's push for the last 7.
