im not bothered by the increase. my diet seems back on track so i know the weight will come off again. i know now that if i eat badly it reflects on the scales. for the last couple of months i have struggled to keep my intake under 2000 cals a day but now i am getting back on track. so even tho im still gaining weight i know that if i can keep on this healthy track it will come off again.
