Hurrah!!! At last below 80 kilograms, even if I had to cheat badly and drink wine for my dinner instead of food. These madly social occasions are hell on my liver, lol, no hangover; I have been alcohol-free since Monday and will be again for the next week so it should be okay.
This is my best weight for two years. I am happy.
