Things are OK now. I have started exercising, and I will start with crunches and leg lifts. I need to get my body strong in about 2 years, for the National Chess Open, in California in 2024.

Most Grandmasters burn off 6000 calories thinking during 1 game. I want to be one of those. But I think that I will work just to get to 1900 rating. It will beef up my mood, and everything.

Anyways, I did my exercises, and have added them to the exercise section of the site. I was surprised that crunches and leg lifts were not there. Situps were there, but not what I was looking for.

Anyway, I am off!
