I'm bummed. After my weekend "off", I was so looking forward to hitting the gym last night. My husband and I got ready, drove all the way there, only to realize that my key card to get in has gone missing. How frustrating! Until I get a new card, I guess I will have to figure out a way to exercise at home or around the neighborhood. I would just hate to lose the momentum I have right now. :(

I ate so bad this weekend and to top it off didn't have time to excercise because I was busy doing taxes. Today is a new day for us! I am about to go jog around the neighborhood to keep my metabolism up. Don't fret you will find a way.

do calisthenics! run in place, jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, squats! this will definitely help you burn calories!
