I'm originally from So Cal, now living in Atlanta.

A 40 something professional, I like to run -I've done 4 half marathons- but now I want to move into the Triathlon world, to minimize the constant pounding from the running and to mix it up for fun! I also love P90X!

I'm still trying to lose the same 10 pounds that I've been trying to lose for a while now, but it's just not budging! I was a personal trainer/spinning instructor and practiced Ashtanga yoga in my previous life. I never thought the day would come when I would become one of those clients that I used to train all the time about what they should and shouldn't be doing. I guess I didn't prepare enough for this day. Which day? The day where I finally understand what they meant by it's not easy to just lose weight when you get older.

The quest must continue, as I will not settle. I hope to meet my goal, and then move on to enjoy the rest of my life.
