Well the scales dont lie. I obviously cant get away with slips on induction. Also was taking a herbal cordial to get rid of the cold and now wonder what was in that. The saleslady assured me it did not have sugar in it, but you never know. Anyhow I am back on the straight an narrow. At least when you are at home you know what you are eating!
