Trying out the boiled chicken I prepped in a spinach wrap I made that is perhaps a bit too small. I guess it's a soft taco now.

Still experimenting with those wraps. I blended up 300g fresh raw spinach in a small amount of water with a submersion blender, then added 30g gluten, 150g flour, some salt, and some baking powder. I added enough water so that it could pour out into a nonstick pan and spread like a crepe.
