Yummy - I guess so - that is apple pie filling !!! Another idea for my oatmeal. Thank you - I am going to cruise through the baking section in the market. That is a tasty concept. 💙🌷

Look's delicious! I Had oatmeal and fruit for the first time yesterday morning, from McDonald's. I liked it so much that I stopped again this morning, lol. I will be making this at home now.

I eat oatmeal every day now - I put yogourt on it - sometimes cinnamon - sometimes plain - I have put almost everything on it - raspberry jam - peanut butter - banana - peaches - fibre1 bran cereal - Captn Crunch - but I do think that apple pie filling would be just perfect.

Yummy ~ I will need to try it soon. I eat oatmeal every morning with dried cranberries, chopped pecans and honey. The apple and cinnamon sounds wonderful too.

Thanks for the great ideas. My Doc was thrilled when I told him I was going to eat oatmeal for my cholesterol. But dislike oatmeal. I also got some great ideas on my journal page.

I was in the market yesterday - walked all over the store searching for apple or cherry pie filling - it took forever to find it - very limited market choices there - and I finally found the canned pie filling ----- SURE - $5.00 per tin - Forget it - I will have to either make my own ??? like in cooking ---- or back to shredded raw apples - that are selling for almost $6.00 for 3 pounds. Then I thought about growing an apple tree but the sapling is $25.00 --- and I am not a gardener either - I have a historically well known Black Thumb <--- Nature's child I am not --- Now since I am into the new techno era "Instant Gratification" moment ---- I will just stick with the - oh look - it is a box of peppermint chocolate covered chocolate biscuits for only 120 calories for TWO - and I thought about grating that on my oatmeal - BUT - those "cookies" are pretty tasty - and Sc**w oatmeal for 120 calories - I can always eat a carrot for 25 calories and gain my fibre. WIN WIN

If the tree is only a sapling you are looking at probably five seasons b4 you have apples. Sorry :-(
