I'm a mother of 3 children and I have 9 beautiful grandchildren. I'm raising my 14 yr old grandson, I have had custody of him for 11 years now. Two years ago, I quit smoking. It's a bad habit that I've had for thirty years! When I quit smoking, I weighed 112#...Too skinny! When I quit smoking, I started eating constantly, ugh! I've never had to watch what I ate, always stayed slim. I now want to start eating healthy and start a workout program.... It's so hard for me now though, I love to eat, lol. But I'm going to try my best to succeed, on this new journey that I'm starting. My goal is to get back down to 150# and lose my belly fat. 140# is probably more of a healthy weight for me, but we'll see when I get to my goal weight.
