I just have to say: kidney stones suck. I started drinking a lot more water and this caffenated Zero calorie Bubly fruit infused carbonated water to curb my appetite when I started trying to lose weight and lower my cholesterol. In the last week now I've passed 2 stones. I get kidney stones when I drink soda so that was kinda dumb. So I guess I'll just stick to water now.

That’s interesting. I’ve drank nothing but soda till 2 years after highschool that I started to drink water. I’ve never had kidney stones

I passed 2 stones in the last month. They were 15 lbs each. 😉 jk they were actually not much bigger than a grain of sand but they felt like they were 15lbs each.

I'm so sorry! Yes, kidney stones DO suck! Can you do electrolytes? Ultima Hydrator comes in a really yummy lemonade flavor. You can buy it on Amazon. A little spendy (about $25/can) BUT it has a TON of servings. It lasts me about 3 weeks. Makes sticking to water a lot easier.

Soda didn't bother me, Starbucks iced coffees are another story. No fruits with seeds (strawberries, raspberries) or nuts either. Easier to give those up than to pass a stone.
