An apple crisp and an apple pie!
Trying out some new things to increase fiber and lower the insulin/glucose spikes that follow. Added milled chia seeds to the thickening agents to add fiber. Used oat flour in the crumble instead of ap flour to add soluble fiber. Added flax and wheat germ to the crumble for added protein and fiber.
