Joe's is on top, mine below. I had a small carbquick biscuit on top..looks like a hat..lol.
On another note, perhaps the insane amount of squats I did yesterday was a bit much..tmi but sitting down to pee this morning was quite a chore.. :( :0

*rofl!* Petra, that I was an equipment employee at a hospital. That was major funny! Had to clean commodes during the graveyard shift. It was quiet. It was nice. Got all the deliveries done. Washed everything down. Next day, do it do it again!

You did awesome on squats and hopefully you are only sore today. I could not do that many!! You rock! The most I do on multiple rep days is 2 sets of 17 at 70#!

Redporch, that is good! I am still sore from all those squats. Yesterday I upped weight by adding 5 lbs but only ended up doing about 60 squats.
