I feel like all I am doing is maintaining and I am doing a darn good job at that! I can't loose ANY weight! Maybe I should change diets.

I glanced at your diet history...not sure how accurate it is but you look way under what you need to eat to prevent "starvation mode" ... that's where your body will hold on to every bit it can because it thinks it's "starving" - if you do change I reccomend a more balanced and whole foods approach like abs diet. Good luck!!

Hi,,,I have recently had to add healthy oils to get my calories up maybe yours is also. I was told last week that my body thinks Im starving because some days I was only getting 400-800 calories....I dont feel hungry but now I am ading olive oil to salads and butter to my eggs...it really has given me more energy for sure but still waiting on the weight loss.
