still struggling to get enough fluids down me. I dont have a job that keeps me in one place and keep forgetting to take the water bottle with me. Have now got about 5 bottles in my office and none in my car (or my gullet)!
Am weighing in tomorrow but think I will have struggled to get even another pound off cos I slipped BIG style at the weekend and had so many naughties that I really lost a whole weeks progress. Back to the drawing board.
