Good morning, all! I’m new here, and I’m just trying to see if I’m doing this right! If you’re seeing this entry, would you please respond in some way? I’m loving this app and community! I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic in August with an A1c of 5.7. I’m now out of the pre-diabetic range as of November with an A1c of 5.3. I’ve lost a total of 26 pounds on this journey with major lifestyle changes that include eating whole foods/complex carbs and daily walks in the morning and daily HIIT workouts in the evening. I will be continuing with my new healthy habits, and I think this app will greatly help with that! Hope you all have a great weekend and crush your goals! 💪🏻
