Hey, friends! A late lunch- I skipped breakfast (that’s a no-no for me, and I shouldn’t have- I just had a cup of coffee at Panera with my boy, and I smuggled in a 1/4 cup mixed nuts), but I’m making up for it with this lovely salad: 1 1/2 cups spring mix, 1 sliced gluten free Gilbert’s caprese chicken sausage, 5 halved cherry tomatoes, .25 oz blue cheese crumbles, 4 sliced kalamata olives, lots of black pepper, and 1 tbs Primal Kitchen’s Italian dressing. Oh, and .25 oz of blueberries- gotta eat that rainbow! I plugged everything into my Fat Secret app, and I’ve got a little over 17 grams of protein and a little over 16 grams of carbs and tons of yummy goodness! Fasting number was 90 this morning- super thankful to see it! I’ll be heading out for a walk in a little bit- it’s such a pretty day! Don’t forget to stay hydrated and take take your vitamins/supplements/meds- you’re important!
