Hello everyone! I'm back from my daughter's wedding and everything went wonderfully. I did gain a couple of pounds back but nothing too drastic. I'm gearing up for a cleanse I'll be doing with a friend. No sugar, dairy, wheat, etc. I'll let you know more when I do. Otherwise, just happy to be back and eating better. How is everyone else doing?
