That stupid avo was calling my name - I swear it was 🤣.
Keto food is great, but the calories add up so fast!
At least it was healthy foods (except maybe for the Latté). And I am drawing the line here for the rest of the day. Usually I would have just said: “oh well, I screwed up now, so now I might as well just give up for the rest of the day/week/month.” But I am not going to do that this time, so I am giving myself props for that!
