Big NSV.
I ate chips in the evening although I had eaten enough during the day. The victory, though, is that I decided to eat the chips despite the fact that my husband was at home. This inner voice that keeps telling me that I mustn't eat "bad" food like that IN FRONT OF other people for fear that they might judge me - well, not only I did I register this voice, I also told it to shut the f up.
Another baby step towards healing.
