I can’t stop making this salad lol. It’s too good. Loaded up with 3 small avocados before they go bad. Why can’t they have a fruit man that brings you daily fruit like the milk man used to. That way I wouldn’t be wasting fruit when I buy by the bundle.

I usually freeze my fruit and veggies is I can’t eat them fast enough for future smoothies or soup. Not sure how well avocado freezes though

Put half of the avocados in the fridge when you bring home the bundle. It will slow down the ripening process and you can take a couple out at a time to ripen.

Good idea! I’ll freeze my fruits for future smoothies. Looks like avocados don’t freeze well but that’s ok I don’t mind eating them up lol.

Right now, I have avocados in my fridge going on 2 weeks that are still good. Not everyone realizes you can refrigerate them. I leave them on the counter until they hit perfect ripeness, and then pop them in the fridge
