This took me a very, very long time, and is making me feel despondent about getting, eventually, to 65kg. I'll stick with it, though. One problem is well-meaning (and definitely unavoidable) people who ply me with food that I don't need, despite my saying that I avoid sugar, etc. I feel rude refusing everything offered, and so end up having the occasional high-carb snack. Frustrating.
