Hey people. Ok…I intended to start my day at 7:45am but I didn’t wake up until 9. I ate two boiled eggs for breakfast. I know that was not enough but I had to wing it this morning. I had a banana and some muscadines for a snack and I drank a oatmeal shake for lunch. I felt so unprepared. Tonight I will cook some chicken and make my meals for the week. I did yoga this afternoon, and I intend to do my p90 this evening. I am tired and sleepy but I have to get it in. We will see how that goes.
