Diario di Casper#17, 14 mar 24

Took a break from this app, been pushing hard this year. Gaining lean muscle and losing weight, heavy lifting 4 days a week, 12,000 steps a day. Changed by fasting schedule a little but still moving forward. Down to 179kg.
