@Lulipupinunumi ya tergantung kebutuhan kalori perhari. Kebetulan perhari aku 1400, selalu berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan sih. 787 tapi seimbang kebutuhan protein, karbo, serat ya masih bagus (koreksi kalau salah ya). Nasi padang asal secara porsi seimbang jg bs dinikmati tanpa khawatir.
