Oh boy. Can't I just get in the groove and stay there? Eating, eating, watching the weight go up and trying but unable to manage more than one healthy meal before I'm off the plan-what-I-eat-and-eat-what-I-plan idea. :( Will keep trying. Got my annual blood work done and hoping even though I gained back some pounds that my cholesterol levels are down. Find out next week when I see the Doc.
