73 days ago I weighed 173.6. Today, after a Christmas blow out, very little exercise and I new lease on life I weigh 177.4. Not too bad of an incline for someone so without restraint as I. Sorry buddies, I have been gone. But befoe Christmas even I hovered tentatively around 174 for all these weeks. it makes me think a bit of self control may finally take me down the scale to my ideal figure. Who's ready to begin again with a bang!

I did the same thing last year, except mine was 10 pounds over 4 weeks. It won't take you long. Also, this year I had much better self-control. Live and learn.

Most of us have been there. You can do it, just get back on your eating plan, do some exercise and stay positive.
