I have lost 17kgs since February 2024.

I expect that most of it had been muscle mass as I haven't been to the gym since March 2024 due to issues in my left leg.

I reduced my food intake as I wasn't lifting 26 tons per gym session.
125 kg Perso fino ad ora: 20 kg.    Rimanenti: 30 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
